Welcome to my private practice, Creative Change Therapy Center, A Licensed Social Worker Corporation. My name is Xochitl Perez (pronounced "Sochi"). I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2014 and have worked in social service agencies and school mental health/counseling since 2004. My goal is to meet you where you are at and push you only as far as you are comfortable in order to shift you in the direction you need to go. I offer a free consultation. If you are adjusting to a life change, challenged by conflicts within relationships, making a big life decision, hurting emotionally, or dealing with your own or another family's member's mental health diagnosis, I am a professional and empathetic resource for you. My experience is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together we will create a treatment plan and goal to support you.
